PAYMENT OPTIONS (at Registration)
- PAYMENT IN FULL
- TWO PAYMENTS- The FIRST HALF (and the Insurance Fee*) is due at Registration, and the SECOND HALF is due December 3, 2020.
- 10 INSTALLMENTS- TWO out of the 10 INSTALLMENTS, (considered the 1st & 10th payments), and the Insurance Fee, are due at Registration. From October through May, each remaining Installment is DUE the FIRST LESSON of the month. Please note that you are not paying for a specific month, but rather 8 more payments TOWARDS the total tuition.
*INSURANCE FEE: A $35.00 Insurance Fee, per student, is required at Registration. If you choose to PAY IN FULL, the Insurance Fee will be waived.
Tuition, Deposits & Insurance Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Tuition will be refunded on a Pro-Rated basis, in the event of illness. A $30.00 Bank Service Charge will be added to any Returned Checks.
A UNIFORM IS REQUIRED
(Please ask for details, or click on DRESS CODE). Hair is always to be worn off the face. Ballet Students must wear their hair in a bun.
